What is XAT?


The XAT (Xavier Aptitude Test) is a national-level management entrance exam conducted by XLRI Jamshedpur on behalf of the Xavier School of Management (XLRI).
It is accepted by XLRI, XAMI institutes, and 800+ MBA colleges across India.
XAT evaluates decision-making, verbal ability, quantitative aptitude, and general awareness.

Who can apply for XAT?

  • Candidates must have a bachelor’s degree (minimum 3 years) from a recognized university.
  • Final-year students awaiting results can also apply.
  • No minimum percentage requirement (unlike CAT).
  • No age limit for appearing in XAT.
  • Candidates from any discipline are eligible.
